Third Date: Flower Gin Cocktail

Ingredients

​

• ½ oz Elderflower liqueur

• 1 oz Hibiscus tea

• ¾ oz Lime juice ~1 lime juiced

• 2 oz Hendrick's Lunar Gin

• 1 Hibiscus flower 

• Champagne OPTIONAL

 

Instructions

​

1. Chill glass in freezer while mixing your cocktail

2. Add elderflower liqueur, hibiscus syrup, lime juice and gin to cocktail shaker

3. Shake vigorously

4. Remove glass from freezer and place hibiscus flower at bottom of glass

5. Strain from cocktail shaker over flower into glass

6. Serve as is or top with some bubbly to lessen the bitter
