Order Processing


All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.




Do you offer Free Shipping?


Yes we do! Candle orders that are 2 or more will receive Free Shipping!




Do you ship Internationally?


NoseBest only ships domestically within the US. We hope to expand our shipping to other parts of the world very soon!




Shipping Process


Orders take 2-5 days business days to arrive, depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation once the shipping label is created for your order. Your tracking status may take 24-48 hours to process. Please always double-check your shipping information at checkout to make sure that it’s correct. The team is limited in their ability to make changes to orders once it has been placed. If we are able to make updates on your behalf, please note that these changes will not be reflected in your shipping confirmation email. Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.




Do you offer Expedited Shipping?


We currently do not offer expedited shipping.




Returns & Exchanges


All items returned and exchanged must be requested and processed 14 days after initial purchase. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the two week period. To process: we require a proof of purchase (ex: order number, order confirmation email, store receipt), images of the purchased items, and a detailed description of your experience so that we may understand the best way to assist you. Items will not be accepted if they are warped, damaged, or used. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact our Customer Care team via email at nosebestcandles@gmail.com and we’ll help get the process started.

How do I properly burn nosebest candles?

Are there safety percautions for burning candles?


1: The First Burn Is Important: Before every use, after the first burn, trim the wick about ¼ to ensure a clean burn. Never trim a burning candle at any point. Wait till the candle is fully cooled to trim. 2: Throw Away Trimmed Wick: After the candle has been trimmed, throw away the wick trimming. Never leave it inside of the candle jar. 3: Don't Encourage Tunneling: To prevent tunneling, allow the candle to burn for at least two hours, or until the candle has melted around the circumference of the jar fully. 4: Turn It Around: If you’re noticing, within the first hour of burning, that the wax is predominantly melting to one side, turn the candle jar from the base as it may be on an uneven surface. 5: Reuse Your Jar: Once the candle is done, remove excess wax and wick tab safely. Now you can use the jar for whatever you want!

How long should I burn my candle?


We recommend burning your candle for 2-3 hours.




Are your jars reusable?


Yes! You can use the jar afterwards for whatever you want!





About NoseBest.

Who is NoseBest?


NoseBest is a POC, Queer, and Woman-led soy-wax candle company created in NYC during quarantine. We offer tongue-in-cheek product names, in conjunction with unique fragrance blends. All candles are handmade in small batches, packaged, and shipped from our home headquarters! We reuse and recycle anything that we obtain in our production process. We hope, as we continue to grow, that we remain aware of our carbon footprint and waste output. We want to have an impact on the candle industry, not our earth.




How are you practicing sustainability?

Examples of our sustainable practices 1: Our supplier is a carbon neutral shipper 2: Reusable jars 3: If we have any waste we make sure that it is recyclable 4: Packing peanuts from supplier, that are reused, are biodegradable




Do you have a physical store?


No, we are solely an ecommerce business. We hope one day to open a store in our NYC home!




Do you offer gift cards?


Yes we do! A NoseBest Gift Card is the best gift for any occasion! From birthday’s all the way to house warmings, it’s the ultimate way to show your appreciation for others. To purchase click here!

  • We only provide digital gift cards so that we can continue our efforts in being a sustainable company. The email, that contains the gift card, will also have redemption instructions.
  • If you would like the gift card to go directly to the recipient, please place their email in instead of yours. You can send the gift card to yourself if you would like to print it out instead.
  • Our gift cards have a $20 minimum and have no additional processing fees. NOTE: Gift cards are non-refundable or exchangeable once purchased, and they don’t expire.

Can I purchase in bulk?


Yes! You can select candles from our capsule collection in bulk for party favors, gifts, etc. All bulk orders must be a minimum of 36 candles. You can choose 1 scent or more within your order. Please allow 4 weeks for production/delivery since our candles are handmade in small batches. We may accomadate special orders, depending on the season, but may be subjected to excelarated prodcution fees. Email us about your special occasion, how many candles you need, and what scents you want! We're happy to give you a quote on a bulk order!
