Smokey Mezcal Martini Recipe

1: 2oz Mezcal (can infuse with torched cedar for deeper flavor)

2: 2-3 dash Orange bitters

3: .75oz mastic liqueur (roots is a brand)

4: Stir serve over a large rock or up in a chilled glass

5: Lemon peel expression and twist 

6: Rocks glass *torch cedar wood chips until lightly smoking cover with glass to smoke the glass with cedar smoke
