Rocky Sage Cocktail

​INGREDIENTS

1/2 lemon, cut into wedges

6 fresh sage leaves
-
2 oz. tequila (reposado preferred)
-
3/4 oz. honey syrup (equal parts hot water and honey)
-
Glass: high ball
-
Garnish: sage bouque Muddle the lemon in a shaker
​
INSTRUCTIONS
​

Add the sage and gently muddle to release aromatics.
-
Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake.
-
Double strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish.

Use the rest of your sage to create a bouquet and garnish inside the glass
