Rocky Sage Cocktail

​INGREDIENTS

• 1/2 lemon, cut into wedges

• 6 fresh sage leaves

• 2 oz. tequila (reposado preferred)

• 3/4 oz. honey syrup (equal parts hot water and honey)

• Glass: high ball

• Garnish: sage bouque Muddle the lemon in a shaker

INSTRUCTIONS

​

1. Add the sage and gently muddle to release aromatics.

2. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake.

3. Double strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish.

4. Use the rest of your sage to create a bouquet and garnish inside the glass
