Shipping Processing

 

Orders take 3-6 days business days to arrive, depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation once the shipping label is created for your order. Your tracking status may take 24-48 hours to process.

 

Please always double-check your shipping information at checkout to make sure that it’s correct. The team is limited in their ability to make changes to orders once it has been placed. If we are able to make updates on your behalf, please note that these changes will not be reflected in your shipping confirmation email. 

 

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

 

All items returned and exchanged must be requested and processed 14 days after initial purchase. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the two week period.

 

To process: we require a proof of purchase (ex: order number, order confirmation email, store receipt), images of the purchased items, and a detailed description of your experience so that we may understand the best way to assist you. Items will not be accepted if they are warped, damaged, or used. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Do You Ship Internationally?

 

NoseBest only ships domestically within the US. We hope to expand our shipping to other parts of the world very soon!

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

 

Yes we do! If your purchase is over $60 you will automatically receive free shipping.

Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?

 

We currently do not offer expedited shipping.

I Put The Wrong Shipping Address

 

Please reach out ASAP if you realize that you input incorrect shipping information.​ If the package has already been sent out then we will resend it once it returns to sender. You will be invoiced for added shipping costs to complete your order processing.

Candle Questions​

How Do I Properly Burn A Nose Best Candle?

 

To ensure that your product is utilized to its fullest potential, follow our care steps to ensure the perfect burning experience.

​

1: Before every use, after the first burn, trim the wick about 1/4 - 1/8 to ensure a clean burn. If your wick is too long it will immeditely burn out. Too short and it wont light at all. Never trim a burning candle at any point. Wait till the candle is fully cooled to trim.

​

2: After the candle has been trimmed, throw away the wick trimming. Never leave it inside of the candle jar.

​

3: To prevent tunneling, allow the candle to burn for at least two hours, or until the candle has melted the circumference of the jar fully.

​

4: If you’re noticing, within the first hour of burning, that the wax is predominantly melting to one side, turn the candle jar from the base as it may be on an uneven surface

​

5: Once the candle is done, remove excess wax and wick tab safely. Now you can use the jar for whatever you want!

Are There Safety Precautions With Burning Candles?

 

With candle care comes safety percaustions, to make sure that you are keeping people, pets, and your home safe. 

​

1: Keep away from the edge of surfaces.

​

2: Never leave unattended or near drafts.

​

3: Keep out of reach from pets or children.

​

4: Don’t burn your candle for more than 4 hours. You will waste product and be left with an overheated jar.

​

5: Don’t allow your wick to curl over, to prevent an abnormally large flame.

​

6: Don’t attempt to pick up the candle while being burned or immediately after it has been blown out.

​

7: Never burn your candle when only ½-¼ of wax is remaining. This can cause the jar to overheat.

​

8: Protect the surface underneath regardless of the material

My Candle Won’t Stay Lit

 

This may be happening for a few different reasons. If your wick is too long and you did not properlly trim it to the reccomended 1/4 - 1/8 of an inch, then you risk it burning out immedietly.

 

If your wick is too short it may not light at all. If you wick doesnt have a full carbon mushroom formed at the top, it may not be necassary to trim.

 

If you blow out your candle too early you will cause tunneling. Your candle may not be able to maintain a healthy flame once tunneling has occured in the wax. To avoid tunneling please allow your candle to burn for about 2-3 hours so that a full melt pool has formed around the entire perimeter of the jar.

How Long Should I Burn My Candles?

 

We recommend burning your candle for 2-3 hours.

​

 

Are Your Jars Reusable?

 

Yes! You can use the jar afterwards! However, we recommend that you do not reuse the jar to make a second candle.
