Peach Bellini

MOCKTAIL INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup peach nectar (or peach puree)

• 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

• 1 cup sparkling water or club soda

• Ice cubes

• Fresh peach slices for garnish

• Mint leaves for garnish

Make it a cocktail: use a fully bodied bubbly Prosecco instead of sparkling water / club soda

INSTRUCTIONS​

1. In a shaker, combine peach nectar (or peach puree), simple syrup, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

2. Shake well to mix the ingredients thoroughly.

3. Fill a glass with ice cubes.

4. Pour the peach mixture over the ice in the glass.

5. Top it up with sparkling water or club soda for a fizzy touch.

6. Stir gently.

7. Garnish with fresh peach slices and a sprig of mint.
