Lavender Energy Drink

INGREDIENTS

1 cup cold brew coffee

1/2 cup oat milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)

2 tablespoons (or pumps) lavender syrup (adjust to taste)

Ice cubes

Optional: Culinary-grade dried lavender for garnish

Make it a cocktail: replace oat milk with 1 oz baileys or kahlua and 1 oz Espresso Vodka

INSTRUCTIONS​

Choose your favorite cold brew coffee to utilize for this drink!

In a separate container, combine oat milk with lavender syrup.

Stir well to ensure the lavender syrup is evenly mixed.

Fill a glass with ice cubes.

Pour the cold brew coffee over ice.

Gently pour the lavender-infused oat milk over the cold brew coffee.

Give the latte a gentle stir before sipping to blend the flavors.

LAVENDER COLD FOAM​ INGREDIENTS (ADD-ON)

1 cup canned coconut cream (refridgerated over night)
-
2 pumps lavender syrup (adjust to taste)

1 table spoon of maple syrup

1/8 teaspoon of butterfly pea powder

INSTRUCTIONS​

Whisk all ingredients together in a chilled bowl.

Whisk completely for 3-5 minutes until whipped consistency has been created!

Spoon as much as you would like on top of your iced coffee beverage.
